Hi
Well the problem is that on install I get an error message
(2349) telling me to contact Support and the install
aborts.
Sort of a catch 22 as I can't install to get the product
ID, but I can't get support without it.
Hmmm. Any ideas, anyone?

You surely need to install the product to have a Product ID generated for
you. You may try this on another computer.

Hi
Sorry if this is really dumb. But to get online support
you need to have the Product ID. Can anyone tell me how
to get it without installing the programme? I can't
install it, which is why I need the ID.
Obviously I have the product key, but it won't accept
that.
