whats the best office download for getting templates and clipart.

I have recently changed computer, and it currently has office 97 which I am
finding doesn't suit my needs. I need to download some other software, which
I can use templates, clipart and different layouts as I am secretary for
several voluntary organizations and need something simple and quick to use!

Office 97 can do all the things you mention, so it must be a problem
with the operator.
