I'm using Office 2003 on a Media Center 2005 PC.
I want to input someone's work schedule into Outlook, so I can see i
on my Outlook Today view. The schedule is 7 day with the same 2 days of
each week. Each work day has the same hours. Also can this be associate
with the Outlook Contact card for this person? This kind of stuff i
what makes Outlook great. The how to the best way, that's the trick
BTW, if you could give some input on how to easily adjust this schedul
on vacations or holidays, that would be a great help too. Thanks i
advance

Create q recurring event using the Calendar option. Make it recurring and lasting all 5 days. You can make exceptions by editing the event when vacations come up.
