Hi - in the future, please type your question in the body of your message,
with something short, sweet and relevant in the subject line.

That said, you might want to use a mail merge for this - sends out one
message for each recipient. You still ought to do it in batches, as it's
quickly going to overwhelm Outlook, and your ISP may give you the fishy
eye....clear it with them first, as they will probably think you're a
spammer.
