whats the best way to speed up microsoft outlook when opening

whats the best to export/ archive microsoft office email i want to save
email to a memory stick and best way to do this i have to much mail if mail
archived it still has to load up when starting?

It depends on your version of Outlook and the size of the data file as to
whether this would have any impact on performance.
What version of Outlook?
What size is your data file? by default outlook.pst but could be
'anyname'.pst - search to include hidded for .pst

Your particular circumstances will dictate if there is any improvment, but a
smaller .pst file can help with stability and performance.
