What's up with repeating tables?

N

Ned23

I keep reading about "repeating tables" for Word 2007 all over the Web but
I've been unable to add any to a Word document because I cannot find the
instructions that the various Web pages are referring to. For example, on
my Insert Tables>>Quick Tables, there is no option for a repeating table.
Neither does such an option exist in the Developer>>Controls>>List Box on

Am I missing something obvious?

Thanks,
Ned.

Hi Ned,

Do you have a link for your reading on this topic?

Generally, 'Repeating Tables' are a feature (a control) of MS Office Infopath electronic forms design
(http://office.microsoft.com/infopath) and the Office Forms Server/Sharepoint, rather than something on a Word menu.

Word and Excel allow you to repeat table header rows on tables that span multiple pages and you can have data repeated within a Word
document.
