I am trying to draw a wheel, can any one tell me how to set the spokes so
they are evenly spaced correctly

Chris Roth wrote something for Polar arrays that is both in the Developing
Visio Solutions and on John Marshall's site (www.mvps.org/visio). I'd start
over there.
