I have rec'd a message I amsure was sent as "delayed". Is there a way to

How much older is the Date header than the first Received header (the
one added by the sender's mail server)?

Fist it is "Delay Delivery", not a "Delay send", and the "Send" time
stamp will indicate when it was placed in the Outbox for said "Delay
Delivery", as to "when it was actually created" there is no time stamp
because a message can sit in the drafts folder until you are finished
editing it and are ready to send.
