when accessing microsoft works 7.0 I receive error message saying.

I have uninstalled Microsoft Office student and teacher edition 2003 and
reinstalled. I have also reinstalled word 7.0 but when I try to access labels
and etc in the task launcer, I get a message that I need file LTKRN13N.dll.
What do I do? Thanks
