When composing email in Outlook, pushing insert on my keyboard do.

Does anyone have this problem? Ia m always going into Tools, Options, and
Overtype mode is the default for editing. I uncheck the box, but everytime I
open Outlook, it is switched back to overtype.

Quite often, holding the insert button down does not prevent the overtyping.
