When creating a form, how to line up the lines at the end

Hi,

I'm creating a blank fill-in form in Word that we will use
at my office. Is there a way to align both the beginning
and end of a line at the same time? I'm using the
underscore next to the 0 on the keyboard to make the
lines, and they don't line up at the right margin. Example:

Name: _____________________________________________________

Contact: __________________________________________________

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Katherine

You create the form in the table format. Then take out
the lines you will not use using the Borders and Shading
feature. This will also eliminate the line being pushed
over while a user inserts information on these lines if
this is being used as an online form.

If this is _not_ a form that will be filled out on your computer (called an
"online form") but rather something that you are printing out and either
filling in by hand or on a typewriter, then...

Place a right-tab at the right margin. Press Ctrl-U or click on the
underline button where you want to start your line, and then press the tab
key.

See the MVP FAQ: <URL: http://www.mvps.org/word/> which is awesome!
