When deleting a cell...

Excel Deletions

in Excel 2000, all the cells underneath it widen and aquire a strike though
line. What can I do to allow me to just delete the cell and move the cell
upward?

How are you deleting? Try going Edit->Delete. Can you send a screenshot?

Sending attachments is second only to soliciting attachments in the list of
crimes in these NG's.

Do a Google groups search for 'Attachments' to get some idea the universal
disapproval.

Just a heads up!
