When did they(PM) baseline

B

Brooks

Hello,

I am the Project Portfolio manager here. One of our policies is that the
PM's should not 're-baseline' without approval. Is there a way the Project
Server Admin can see the date when (any/all) baselining took place for a
particular project?

Thanks,

Brooks:

The only way to see the baseline date is by opening the Project using
Project Professional. There are other strategies for controlling this
including the ability to deny save baseline to your users through PWA
Administration.

Thanks,

I've looked everywhere I thought it might be but, I can't locate the date
the PM last baselined the project. I've checked Project Information,
Collaboration Options, etc.

Can you provide a little more detail, please?

I would have the DBA create an afterupdate trigger to populate a timestamp
field on the MSP_ASSIGNMENTS_BASELINES.

Open the project in question, then click Tools - Tracking - Save Baseline.
The Save Baseline dialog will show you the date the baseline was last saved.
Hope this helps.
