When downloading stationery from a web site, I get the picture bu

I downloaded some stationery from Stationery Heaven, I then go into Actions,
click on New Message Using, then click on one of the stationery I have
downloaded. When it comes up in a new email message, I get the picture with a
big red X in it, with no sound, and after the person receives it they also
say they have no sound. Please help!! I am using Microsoft Office Outlook.

See if the following helps

Empty your Temporary Internet Files cache
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete Files.
