When downloading updates, a pop-up blocker(disabled) stops this.

I am trying to download updates to Office to correct a problem I have. When
i try to download and install a small widow opens telling me that a pop-up
has been blocked from Microsoft and the downlads will not install. I have
disabled amy pop-up blockers i can find but this still happens. Could it be
my firewall?

just let the pop-up open i had the same problem hope it works for u
