WHEN E MAILING PHOTOS I NO LONGER GET ASKED IF I WISHED TO CHANG.

when i used to e mail photos i got a window asking if i wished to send at
that size or make them smaller i no longer get this but do not know why ,i
found this an easy way to send pictures can any one help me ?
