When exiting, last email account replaced by Personal Folders

When I close Outlook 2003 and open again, the last of my 4 accounts is
replaced with Personal Folders. Therefore, when I hit the "Send/Receive"
button the first three accounts are intact but the fourth now says Personal
Folders, and the E-mail Accounts lists Personal Folders as type MAPI. This
has only been happening the past two or three days. Any thoughts?
