When I click inside the Search Results, nothing pops up.

When I click inside the Search Results, nothing pops up. I can't get the
information that I need. Could someone please help me with this issue.

I would like the help information that I am looking for to help me out in
either Word, Excel, Access or PowerPoint. Nothing is showing up. I need this

With Excel open and you click on Help and enter a question or word, nothing
shows up? Is that what you're saying?
