When I click on a folder in Windows 2003 it just freezes up

I have tried virus checking and removed the viruses but it still won't open.
D Downloaded latest office updates still doesnt open any suggestions?

I tryed to find this file (see below) in the registry but it wasn't found.
The folder is a resume folder in my documents if that helps?
