when i click on link, browzer wont open--gets "locate links brows.

when in outlook and click on hyper-link, internet explorer opens but is a
blank page. then a "locate web browser" box opens. However, if internet
explorer is already open, the hyperlink will work fine. Can someone tell me
why is this and how I can fix it?

Either enter IE's path into the browser window or, in IE click
Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings
