When i compose in Outlook, i see the 'document mark up' view HELP

[outlook issues/mark up view]

This just started today... when i compose, reply, or forward a message, I see
the 'document mark up', how can i fix this back to a normal view?

is this the backwards p? That is toggled with ctrl+shift+8

if you mean form fields marked with { } - its Alt+F9.
