Whenever I cut and paste my schedule from word to outlook a symbol appears.
It is an envelope with an arrow pointing up. However, the schedule itself
won't open, and clicking or double clicking on the envelope has no impact -
it won't open to show the actual schedule. What is the "envelope with an
arrow", and can it be eliminated?
