I download information from my e-mail account but it looks like it comes
encrypted. How do I change the format? or style to make it readable. This
may be simple but I am computer illiterate. Thank you

Please explain what you downloaded, and from where.
And if it's not a Word document, you're in the wrong group. Please ask
again in (assuming you're
using some version of WinXP)
