When I get a reply to my email, I cannot see their message

At times, I get a reply to an email that I send out and I cannot see their
message. It looks exactly the same as my message, like they cut and pasted
my message and sent it back to me.

I have to ask them to send me a new email, rather than just hitting reply.

Sometimes caused by having an antivirus or antispam program scanning your
incoming mail. If that's the case for you, turn it off. You probably don't
need it anyway.
