when I go to print priview the document is blank

I have this form and when I view it in print preview it comes out blank, but
on a different machine it isn't.

You don't print forms, you print reports. You CAN print a form, but that is
not what they are designed for.

Build a report and add a button to your form to print the report.

I have a print button on the form but it also prints a blank page.
