When I go to print, the Save box comes up. Why?

Because you're printing to a file. Press Ctrl+P to open the Print dialog and
see what printer you have selected.

Because you have the "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" set as
your default printer. Note the "Save as type" format when the Save As
dialog displays. Try setting a printer as the default and that should
correct the issue.
