when i highlight an address and go to evelopes and labels it does.

When I highlight an address and then goto evelopes and labels, it should
appear in the labels boxes but it doesn't, how do i get it to???

Highlight and copy the address (but not the final paragraph mark). Open the
Envelope menu, and if the address does not appear correctly, Paste. Further,
if you have the address in your Contacts file, you can import it using the
tool just above the address window.
