When I open a Project in MS Project 2003 I get a PWA view

My projects are Published to Project server and when ever i open a particular
project it opens in the PWA project Centre View. My default view fot the
project is Enterprise Gant (this is also the same for the Enterprise Global
Template). Any ideas how to get this to stop?
