when i open an email full screen they are blank but not in window

this problem just started happening today and i have been using this outlook
for months, i click on an email to open it, in the small version i see to the
right of my emails, i see that there is a message, or txt in the body of they
email, but then when i double click to open the email up fully, the text is
all gone.

Do you scan incoming mail with an antivirus scanner integrated into Outlook?
If so, uninstall the AV program and reinstall it without the mail scanning
feature.
