When I open an email it opens behind the inbox screen.

Some users (that have Office 2003) state that when they open an email while
in Outlook they must minimize the inbox window to view the opened mail. Does
anyone have any suggestions for this slightly irritating problem?

I second this concern. I ran a search and there are a half dozen posts with
the same problem, but no solution.
