When I open Outlook 2003 error message say can't open folders

I have an MSN mail account. When I open Outlook 2003, I get an error message
that the folders can't be opened. Any ideas?

Perhaps MSN's server is having issues at the moment. Perhaps you might have
to try the 12.1 beta Outlook Connector.

You're welcome. The beta release working when the official one doesn't
seems to be common as of late.
