I haven't changed any of my security settings, and I keep getting an error
message whenever I open up Outlook. I get an error stating that I don't have
permission to open the .pst files.

I uninstalled Office Pro and re-installed...still get the same error
messages. What should I do.

Use COntrol Panel>Mail to examine your profile and determine where Outlook
is trying to access the PST, then see if you can browse to that location and
see the PST.
