When I open up an email the reply button is missing

Help! When I open up my emails there isn't a reply button. I rebooted my
computer thinking it would solve it but it's not there!

Are you missing the toolbar that also includes Forward, Reply to All, etc.?
In that case, click on View > Toolbars > and click Standard.
