WHEN I OPEN WORD INSTEAD THE ART APPEAR {SHAPE\*MERGE FORMAT}

Hi, I have a problem with my office word 2007, when I open a file with
figures or numbered pages instead the grafic or number apper message like
this: {SHAPE\*MERGE FORMAT} and I can´t work with the figure or numbers.

Thanks in advance for your help.

now) to field results.
