When I post a discussion topic, it does not appear at the page

I have made a discussion page for my web site. How do I link post button to
the page that the message is supposed to appear in?

You can't make a "discussion page"
Did you create a Discussion Web as a subweb within your web (which will create the necessary pages for posting to it)?
If so, post a link to it online
