I have no idea what is happening now. What exactly happens? What are you
viewing?
Don't type the question in the subject line - type a summary in there, and a
lot of detail in the body of the message. Including your version/mode/SP
level of Outlook (help | about will tell you this).

You don't have to be so nasty about it. It is the very first time Ive ever used this type. When I received pictures from friends I cannot open them. They are in jpg format but it says there is no application to open them. I hope this is what you need to help me, but you are very rude

My goodness...that wasn't rude. That was very well-intentioned advice on how
to post so you aren't wasting your time. If you want help, you need to
provide enough info for people to help you - remember, everyone in here is
volunteering their own time to try to do so. You still haven't provided any
of the detail I asked you for, so I'm still not sure how to help you.
