In Outlook 2003 (full version), I have seen on other computers that when you
reply or forward a message that you have received in your box, the icon next
to the email in your inbox changes to an open envelope with a purple or blue
arrow, respectively (the same icons for the "reply" and "forward" options on
the toolbar). However, I cannot get outlook to do this. This occurred on
both my old computer, and when I installed outlook on a bround new system
with XP professional, I have the same problem. What can I do? Thanks.
