When I reply to an email it goes to my inbox not the recipient

When I reply to an email using Outlook 2003, the message goes into my inbox
and not to the person I am replying to.

This is a new problem: previously replies went where they are supposed to
with no problem.

There's nothing in your sent items? Do you have Outlook set to save your
sent items in the same folder as the email you're replying to?

Are you saying that your email does not get sent, your recipient never
receives it?

WHat changed just before this started happening? What type of account?
