when I run winword from Command Line I get 2 sets of my toolbars

Hi There,
When I run Winword from a specific path (i.e. "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office\WINWORD.EXE") every thing is
fine but when I run Winword from command line
(Start>Run...>winword.exe) word comes up but then I have 2
same sets of all my toolbars (not word's toolbar) that
come from my templates in startup folder. Any ideas?
