When I select new message it says that my macros is disabled.

When I select new message in outlook it says that my macros has been disabled
for Microsoft Visual Basic. How can I fix this? I have already set macros
security to Medium and Trust all is selected.

Do you have VBA code that should be executed when a new message is created?
You might look under Help/Info/Deactivated Items if VBA is listed there.
