when I try to open a new email or reply to an email, nothing

My email has been working fine. Now - when I try to create a new message or
reply to a message - nothing happens. No editor is launched.

I am setup to use Word as my editor.

If you haven't scanned for spyware, try the newly released
Microsoft AntiSpyware program. It has surpassed many of the
others among our Computer Club members.
