You have asked: " When in outlook the password request pops up
repeatedly. Why?"
The short answer is because you have forgotten to check the box that
says remember password.
Tools, Email Accounts
Click next after yo have checked "View or change existing e-mail
accounts
Select the account which is giving you trouble from the list given
Click on Chnage button on the right.
Enter your password again in the password box
Now make sure you have checked the box just below your password which
says "Remember Passwoed"
