when merging access 2 word, how do I get more records on 1 page?

I want a list of all records on a page not one record on each page when I
merge not sure how to do that - any suggestions.

Hey Crazycat try this: (I'm using Access and Word 2003)

1. Go into your database.
2. Right click on the table or query you are trying to export.
3. Select Export... from the drop down menu.
4. Type a file name in the file name text box. Make sure that you navigate
to the file folder where you want to save the file.
5. In the Save as type text box select, Rich Text Format (*.rtf).
6. Press the Export button.
7. Open the file in Word

If this helps, please press the Yes button.
