When OE is the default email it refuses to "send"

When sending information off the web and Outlook Express comes up as the
default it wont send. refers to mtPOP but it is the send not the receive,
receive is receiving. This has only happened since I got broadband...

In the Internet Options, change the default email back to Outlook and see if
you can then send email.
