When opening 2003 outlook, I get D:\office \addins\usechext.dll c.

I recently in installed office 2003 and each time I open it I get the message
D:\office\addins\usechext.dll could not be installed or loaded, using Search
and Repair might fix. It does not, and I can not find any references to this
anywhere. I have to click cancel twice each time I open to cancel but it
comes up each time I reopen. Any help out there?

Try deleting/renaming the file(s) named extend.dat.
