When print out the word has space in between

I have one user he used have winword 2000, then we
updated his machine with office XP, which is word 2002
with service pack2, but when he finished all the document
before he print out he use print preview the document
look fine, but when print out some of word has space in
between, example:
This is the test (suppose be), but when print it show:
T his is t he test (after print).
I downgrade his word from 2002 to 2000, still the same.
need help.

Looks like a problem with either the printer driver or the font, to me. Does
this only show up with justified text?

I don't know is really the justified text or not, I have
to ask the user, also I will with the printer driver as
