When printing hide CommandButton or MACROBUTTON

First I am using Word 2007.

I have a document template that uses DOCVARIABLE fields and a VBA Form to
create a report. On the Template I want to uses either a CommandButton or a
MACROBUTTON to go back to the VBA Form. Right now I am using a MACROBUTTON
to get to the form, this works.

When the user prints or emails the generated document I do not want the
CommandButton or MACROBUTTON to be shown on the doeument.

I have read several entries about setting Tool options setting to do this.
They all seem to be non-2007 versions.

In 2007 I have gone to the Word Button| Word Options | Advanced | and
selected the following:

Print: UNCHECKED - Print Field codes instead of their values
When printing this document: Checked - Pring only the data from a form.

The MACROBUTTON and CommandButton still show on the printed form.

How do I solve this?
