When receiving some Emails Outlook shuts down.

When receiving Emails from EBay my MS Outlook reports problems and shuts
down. It then re-starts and downloads the same Email again and then shuts
down. This would go on forever if I let it. This only happens with EBay
Emails on my computer and has happened with Amazon emails on my wife's
computers. The only way to break the cycle is to go to Outlook Express and
delete the offending email. It is then possible to download any other emails
in the usual way using Outlook. This has only been happenning since installing
all the latest Windows and Office uodates.

What version of Outlook do you have? When Outlook shuts down, do you get a
pop-up that asks you to send an error report to Microsoft? If so, have you
done so?

Could you go to Start -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer -> Application
and find error events related to Outlook? Some of them will have a "fault
bucket" number - could you post those numbers?
