I have a user that when he replies or forwards an email he does not get the
symbol on the emal that signifies that it has been forwarded or replied. For
example when I reply back to someone it puts and circled purple arrow around
the email. This is what it's not doing for him. I have reinstalled office,
renamed his profile, deleted his mail profile and the problems still exists.
I cannot find any information on the problem. Please help!
