It's in the view menu. It doesn't matter if you're using Outlook or Outlook
Express (2003 and earlier on XP or earlier). Look there carefully, and
you'll find what ever menu you're looking for.
Under the view tab, current view = messages and the toolbars for standard and
advanced are both checked. I can see the menus on the inbox page, but
there's nothing but the to, cc, and subject line when composing a new email
or replying to an email.
